Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Lamchop Technologies LLC ("ParcOps", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the ParcOps website, mobile app, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Business Use

The Services are intended for business and professional use by authorized users of a customer organization. You represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, your organization.

2. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must promptly notify us of unauthorized use or security incidents.

3. License and Acceptable Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business operations. You may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, distribute, or misuse the Services, or use the Services in violation of law.

4. Customer Data

You retain rights to data and content submitted by your organization ("Customer Data"). You grant ParcOps the rights needed to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Services and meet legal obligations.

5. Subscriptions, Fees, and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge applicable fees, taxes, and renewals to your selected payment method. Additional billing details, cancellation, and refund terms are described in our Subscription & Billing Terms.

6. Changes to Services

We may modify, update, or discontinue features from time to time. We may also suspend or limit access where needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party platforms and infrastructure providers. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or risk to the Services or other users.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParcOps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts paid to us for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ParcOps and its affiliates, officers, and personnel from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your Customer Data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post revised Terms with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
