Subscription & Billing Terms

These Subscription & Billing Terms apply to paid ParcOps plans and form part of the ParcOps Terms of Service.

1. Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle (for example, monthly) unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

2. Payment Authorization

By subscribing, you authorize ParcOps and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees, taxes, and any applicable add-on charges.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through the in-app billing portal available to the tenant owner. Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation stops future renewals and your subscription remains active through the end of the current paid billing period.

4. Refund Policy

For direct purchases made through ParcOps:

• 100% refund: if requested within 7 calendar days of the initial subscription purchase date.
• 50% refund: if requested after day 7 and on or before day 30 from the initial subscription purchase date.
• No refund: for requests made after day 30, except where required by applicable law.

Refund requests should be sent to support@parcops.com with the account email, organization name, and purchase details.

Approved refunds terminate paid access immediately when the refund is processed. Access does not continue through the end of the billing period after an approved refund.

5. Purchase Channel

ParcOps subscriptions are sold through our web checkout flow powered by Polar, including on mobile web browsers. Purchases are not currently offered through Apple App Store or Google Play in-app billing.

6. Failed Payments and Suspension

If payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend paid features until payment is resolved. You remain responsible for all outstanding amounts.

7. Taxes

Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes associated with your subscription, except taxes based on ParcOps net income.

8. Policy Changes

We may update these Subscription & Billing Terms from time to time. Updates apply prospectively and will be posted with a new "Last updated" date.
