About ParcOps
ParcOps is a software platform for DSP operators managing schedules, delivery oversight, compliance, and team collaboration.
Founder
Gerard Lamoureux, founder of ParcOps, graduated from Bradley University with a Bachelor of Computer Science. During a DSP launch, he worked with the team for several months and gained direct experience with daily operational logistics. He built vehicle automation software after noticing how long it took to assign vehicles to drivers while accounting for constraints such as vans that should not be used. Those lessons informed the development of ParcOps, operating under Lamchop Technologies LLC.
Security foundation
ParcOps runs on Firebase-backed infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest by default for managed data services.
Where we are based
ParcOps is centralized in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. We support customers directly from a U.S.-based team.
